  • 기기 저장(로그인 전) · 무료체험 기록: 로그인하지 않으면 일정·설정·무료체험 시작일이 기기에만 저장되고 외부로 전송되지 않습니다. 로그인하면 기기에 저장돼 있던 일정·설정이 클라우드(백엔드)에 업로드·동기화되며, 같은 날짜에 기기와 클라우드 데이터가 모두 있으면 병합 전에 확인을 거칩니다.

  • 국외 이전: 백엔드 호스팅(Vercel)과 데이터베이스(Neon)는 대한민국 밖(주로 미국)에 위치하므로, 계정·일정·설정 데이터가 서비스 제공을 위해 국외로 이전·보관될 수 있습니다.

계정·일정·설정의 저장과 동기화는 사용자가 요청한 서비스(기기 간 동기화·백업)를 제공하기 위한 계약의 이행을 근거로 처리합니다. 광고 성과 측정을 위한 광고 식별자 처리는 iOS에서는 사용자의 추적 동의(App Tracking Transparency)에 따릅니다.

앱 내 설정 또는 아래 웹 페이지에서 계정과 관련된 모든 데이터의 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 삭제 시 계정·일정·카테고리·설정·구독 기록·로그인 세션이 영구 삭제됩니다.

Summary. Before you sign in, microplan1 stores your schedules only on your device; when you sign in with your Google or Apple account, it backs up and syncs those schedules to our backend so they sync across devices. The app offers subscription purchases, and to measure ad performance (sign-up and subscription conversions) it shares your advertising identifier and app-usage events with Google and Meta. We do not store your payment card numbers, and you can delete your account and all data at any time.

  • Account information (sign-in): when you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name, email address, and an account identifier (user ID), used to create and identify your account and to sync your schedules. We do not receive your sign-in password.
  • Your content (schedules): the schedules you create (title, start time, duration, category, timer type, completion state) and your app settings are stored on our backend.
  • On-device storage (before sign-in) · free-trial record: if you do not sign in, your schedules, settings, and free-trial start date are stored only on your device and are not transmitted. When you sign in, the schedules and settings on your device are uploaded and synced to the cloud (our backend); if the same day has data both on the device and in the cloud, we ask you to confirm before merging.
  • Purchase / subscription history: when you subscribe, we process your purchase history and subscription status. Payment is handled by Google Play / App Store billing; we do not receive or store your card numbers or other payment credentials.
  • Advertising identifier · app-usage events: we collect your advertising identifier and app-interaction events to measure ad performance (sign-up and subscription conversions).
  • Authentication tokens (on device): session and access tokens are stored encrypted on your device to keep you signed in; they are not shared with anyone and are deleted from your device when you sign out.

4. Retention & security

  • All data is transmitted over a secure connection (HTTPS; encrypted in transit).
  • Account and schedule data are retained until your account is deleted.
  • International transfer: our backend hosting (Vercel) and database (Neon) are located outside the Republic of Korea (primarily in the United States), so your account, schedule, and settings data may be transferred to and stored in another country to provide the service.

5. Legal basis

We store and sync your account, schedules, and settings on the basis of performance of the service you requested (cross-device sync and backup). Processing of your advertising identifier for ad measurement follows your tracking choice (App Tracking Transparency) on iOS.

6. Data deletion

You can request deletion of your account and all related data in the app settings or at the web page below. Deletion permanently removes your account, schedules, categories, settings, subscription records, and login sessions.
